• Setting your work status so everyone knows if you’re in the office, working from home, or on vacation.
• Viewing coworkers’ work statuses and space bookings on the calendar.
• Booking any workspace you need for your day in the office, whether it’s a desk, meeting room, or parking spot.
• Creating recurrent or multiple-day bookings and reserving workspaces for colleagues or visitors.

Users of the previous version of the YAROOMS mobile app will notice a major UI overhaul, making it more user-friendly and easier to navigate. The improved app transforms into a versatile workplace scheduling and collaboration hub, accessible from anywhere at any time.

And this is just the beginning. Future updates to the application will include an interactive office floor map and integration with Yarvis, our AI workplace assistant . These additions will simplify office navigation, making it effortless to locate colleagues and spaces while offering cutting-edge AI scheduling capabilities from the convenience of your mobile device.
