Four steps, no specialist skills required:

Colours, logo and on-screen messaging are configurable, and you choose between a list layout and a card layout depending on how many spaces you are showing and how far away people will be reading from. Different displays in the same building can be configured differently: a busy ground-floor screen showing every room, a quieter floor showing only its own.
