Yes. YAROOMS allows booking on behalf of others. Delegated access can be set so executive assistants, team admins, or reception staff can reserve spaces for their colleagues, leadership, or guests.

Can we restrict who sees or books certain rooms?

Absolutely. You can control visibility and booking rights. For example, making HR, legal, or executive rooms visible only to those departments.

What happens if someone books a desk but doesn’t show up?

You can enable check-ins (Wi-Fi, geofencing, or QR codes) and configure time limits for no-shows. If someone doesn’t check in, the space can be released for others.

Can we set hybrid work expectations like “2 days a week in the office”?

Yes, you can define hybrid work rules like 2 days per week, 3 days every two weeks, 50/50 model, or anything else you want. When employees plan their weekly status (in-office, remote, vacation), they’ll be prompted to follow the rules you’ve set.

What devices do we need for check-in on room displays?

YAROOMS is hardware agnostic. You can use Android tablets, iPads, kiosks, or other devices - whatever fits your setup. We also have partnerships with providers for purpose-built room panels if needed.

Can we customize visitor check-in for different guest types?
