Saipem relocated its Milan office to a new building. The architect and digital transformation team designed an end-to-end smart office journey for all employees. The hybrid work setting required streamlined space booking and a positive working experience. Manual resource management proved inefficient for desk/room booking and employee scheduling.

The new office is downsized and cannot accommodate all 4,000 employees simultaneously — making a reliable booking system essential.
