This article explains how to find spaces that fits your requirements, such as specific amenities or location.
🔎 YAROOMS allows users to search for bookable spaces that meet their specific requirements, such as specific amenities or location. It can be done in 3 ways:
If you are looking for information about finding a colleague, read this article.
1. Space search using the "Find a space" option
"Find a space" (Workplace → Find a space) is the go-to option for users who have very complex requirements, for example, finding a parking lot with electric car charger between specific dates.
Use "Find a space" and specify the following:
- Preferred location
- Preferred floor
- Space type (Find)
- Availability interval (Date between)
- Required features
- Available to Visitors (on/off)
YAROOMS will combine the requirements and return a list of spaces matching the criteria. You will be able to select and book one of them.
2. Space search using the Map View
Space search using the map view (Workplace → Map) is the best choice for users who want to instantly see where the spaces that match their criteria are located.
Use the "Search or filter" field to find spaces (desks, meeting rooms) with specific features (desk phone, window seat), or locate your colleagues in the office.
You can select from the pre-defined options or simply type what you are looking for (space type, feature, colleague's name) into the field.
Let's say that you are looking for an individual desk with a desk phone. Once you define what you need, YAROOMS will show the search results directly on the map. The matching spaces will be highlighted with animated circles that pulse outward for a few seconds.
3. Space search using the Timeline View
Space search using the timeline view (Workplace → Timeline) is the best choice for users who want to see when the spaces that match their criteria are available.
Use the "Search or filter" field, just as in the Map View. Select from the pre-defined options or simply type what you are looking for (space type, feature, colleague's name).
Let's say that you are looking for a window seat with a dual display. Once you define what you need, YAROOMS will only show the timeline of spaces matching the criteria. In the example, you can see that the space delivered by search is booked between 9 to 10 am, but available for the rest of the day:
