This article explains how to report a problem regarding a space or space booking process to the location manager.
The "Report a problem" feature works only in the locations with assigned Location Managers. Read how how Administrators can assign Location Managers to locations in this article.
How to report a problem
To report a problem, go to Workplace → My bookings, and select the booking you had a problem with (desk not clean, broken equipment, etc.). Press the "Report a problem" button and describe your issue. The information will be delivered to the Location Manager.
