This article explains how group managers can plan work on behalf of their subordinate group (team).

As a group manager, you can plan work on behalf of your team.
To do so, access the planning Calendar. In its "Planning" tab, you can see the work status breakdown of all your subordinates. They might be:
- Working from home
- In the office
- On vacation (Out-of-office)
To edit the work status of your team, press on any given day, and select "Team planning".
Then, proceed by selecting your team's working arrangement (in the office, working from home, vacation), and save the selection for the day, week, or month.
When work statuses are scheduled by group managers, planning thresholds do not apply.
