How to report a problem

This article explains how to report a problem regarding your booking to the location manager using YAROOMS Mobile

The "Report a problem" feature works only in the locations with assigned Location Managers. Read how how Administrators can assign Location Managers to locations in this article.

How to report a problem

To report a problem, open your YAROOMS Mobile app and find your booking from the booking overview. Once you found your preferred booking, tap on it and select "Report a problem" to open the Report a Problem page. In here, you can select the available category of the problem, write a description, and select a priority. Once everything is set, tap on Send and the Location Manager will receive the ticket.
