The "Report a problem" feature works only in the locations with assigned Location Managers. Read how how Administrators can assign Location Managers to locations in this article.
How to report a problem
To report a problem, open your YAROOMS Mobile app and select a booking from the booking overview. (1) Then, press the Options button on the top right corner and select "Report a problem". (2) Describe your issue and click 'Submit". (3) The information will be delivered to the Location Manager.
