An overview of the main booking views: what they contain & how you can use them.
Summary:
- Navigating between Locations, Floors.
- How the account is structured (ex: locations have 1 or multiple floors, each
floor has spaces). - Space availability explained (green / red / grey).
Grey = disabled (decommissioned) or unavailable (you don’t have
permission to book it). - Date selection.
- Availability Bar - more effective tool for viewing a space’s availability throughout the day.
- Switching between Map and Timeline views.
