1. What is Yarvis?
Yarvis is the Yarooms AI workplace assistant that can handle complex workspace reservation tasks. Leveraging generative AI, Yarvis can understand and fulfill various requests (search for and book workspaces, provide information about your bookings, etc.) within seconds.
2. How to set up Yarvis?
Yarvis beta is currently available on Microsoft Teams (more integrations are coming soon). To set it up, simply open your Teams app, go to applications, and search for "Yarvis" and add it as your Teams ribbon app.

3. How to use Yarvis?
You can ask Yarvis to do the following:
- Search for available workspaces based on specific criteria.
- Provide detailed information about personal or team schedules.
- Analyze booking lists and responding to related inquiries.
- Apply various filters (such as date and space type) to refine booking searches.
- Answer help queries to minimize time spent by users in getting support
Some example prompts:
- “Find a meeting room for 10 people that's available Monday from 8 to 10 am.”
- “Cancel my Desk #2 reservations for Tuesday and Thursday.”
- “Find and reserve an electric car parking spot today from 8 to 11 am at HQ and from 2 to 7 pm at the New York office."
