Having problems with your tablet?
💡 Please keep in mind that you need to be an account Administrator in order to perform the following steps.
- Please check if there are updates available in the app store, or to the device itself.
- If there are no updates available, please logout, delete the app, reinstall it and verify the connection status of the tablet from the Yarooms web app (Manage →Integrations → Meeting Room Display).
- An alternative would be to set up the Tablet - Yarooms integration from scratch.
