6) Why am I not receiving email booking confirmations (or other email notifications)?
You're creating bookings, performing check-ins, but no emails from Yarooms are coming in?
- Please check your personal account settings and notifications to ensure none are muted (Your Profile Photo → My Account → Notifications).
- If you do not have the notifications muted, please reach out to support@yarooms.com.
If notifications are set to “Default,” you will inherit the account-wide notification settings defined by the Admins. To override those settings for your personal account, choose Yes or No.
