1) Why can’t I book at “x” space or location?

Some of the spaces found on the map might show up as gray dots for you, but not for other colleagues. Here's why:

  •  The Yarooms account Administrators set specific limits or access roles for locations or spaces. These can vary from user to user, or department to department. That is why you might see some spaces as gray dots (“Unavailable”).
  • If you already have a booking for that day, and all the other spaces have changed their status and you can't book anything else, then you are limited to one booking per day.
  • If you can never access a specific space or location, it means the Administrator has not given you booking rights to that particular space or location.
