Where do I sign in to YAROOMS?
All YAROOMS users sign in at id.yarooms.com. This is the unified sign-in portal for every YAROOMS service, including the web app and soon mobile app.
Can I use single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes. YAROOMS supports Microsoft (Azure AD/Entra ID), Google Workspace, and SAML 2.0 (Okta, OneLogin, ADFS, and others). Your IT administrator configures SSO in the YAROOMS admin panel.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Password resets are handled on your organization's dedicated YAROOMS subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.yarooms.com), not on the unified sign-in page. Click "Forgot password" on your subdomain's sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If your organization uses SSO, contact your IT administrator instead.
