New Check-In Landing Page
We’ve added a new Check-In landing page that shows all bookings awaiting check-in for the day in one place, making it easier to see what needs your attention.
You can access it from the main menu, the Teams app tab, or directly through the check-in reminder email - the “Check in now” button takes you straight there.
This update makes the daily check-in process more organized and saves time when managing multiple bookings.
“Change Space” Option
You can now change the booked space directly from the "Edit booking" window using the new “Change space” button.
The option is available for single-date bookings and allows you to choose a new space from the same space group.
This way, you can easily switch to another available desk, room, or parking space without having to delete or recreate the reservation.
Visitor Dashboard Updates
We’ve enhanced the Visitor Management Dashboard with a new column - “Registered by.”
This field shows who registered each visitor - whether it was a receptionist, a host, the visitor themselves, or if the registration came through email or data import.
This update helps front desk teams track the source of each guest record, improving transparency and accountability in visitor management. For example, if there’s a check-in issue or a missing detail, you can instantly see who handled the registration and follow up quickly.

“Who's In Today” Widget
Just like in the YAROOMS mobile app, you can now see who’s in the office today directly in the web app.
We’ve added a new widget to the map and timeline views, showing everyone scheduled to work from the office on a given day. The list appears at the bottom of the page, right next to the occupancy and availability data.
It’s now even easier to plan your day, coordinate with teammates, or simply see who you’ll bump into at the office - no matter how you use YAROOMS.

Services Management Improvements & New Services Dashboard
We’ve released a series of updates that make it easier than ever to manage and track workplace services - from catering and cleaning to equipment delivery and event setups.
Service Categories
You can now create categories for different types of services in your company and add specific services under each one.
For example, you might have categories like Catering, Cleaning, IT Support, or Equipment Setup, each with its own set of services. This keeps everything neatly structured and makes it much easier for employees to find what they need.
Location-Based Service Costs
Workplace managers can now set a cost for each service in the local currency of that location. For example, catering in the London office can be priced in GBP, while the same service in the New York office is billed in USD.
This update makes it easier to manage accurate billing, track service expenses, and compare costs across multiple offices or regions.
Improved Service Booking
The service booking window now has a cleaner, more intuitive design.
Services are organized by category, making them easier to browse. You can quickly choose a service, set the time it’s needed, and instantly see the calculated cost.
A summary at the bottom shows the total number of booked services and the total price - helping you double-check everything before confirming.
Services Dashboard
We’re also introducing the new Services Dashboard - a long-awaited feature that gives workplace teams and facility managers a complete view of daily service requests.
The dashboard displays:
- All booked services, organized by room and floor (with color coding by space type for easier navigation).
- Booker's name
- Quantities and time frames for each service.
This helps the responsible teams plan ahead, coordinate tasks, and ensure every service delivery happens on time.
Service Analytics Improvements
We’ve also enhanced the Services Analytics section with:
- A Service Category filter for more granular reporting
- Cost data (shown only when a location is selected)
This ensures all service-related billing and reporting align accurately with real bookings and requests.
