You can now customize the YAROOMS Outlook Add-in with your own company branding.

Set a custom display name, upload your logo, and choose an accent color directly from Integrations -> Microsoft 365 -> Outlook Add-in.

Changes made in-app take effect immediately.

To update the name and icon displayed in the Outlook ribbon, simply re-download the manifest and re-deploy it in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Workplace maps now include Points of Interest (POIs), making it easier for employees and visitors to find key facilities.

Beyond desks and meeting rooms, maps can now highlight essential amenities such as coffee stations, printers, restrooms, and first-aid kits.

This update improves office navigation and saves time by helping users locate what they need quickly and independently.

• Tag points of interest with custom icons to match your workplace layout and improve visual recognition.
• Add details to each POI, including descriptions and opening schedules.
• Display POIs on maps and floorplans for clear wayfinding across the workplace.

The mobile app's Map View has received significant improvements for a better space planning experience.

• Space availability at a glance – Space dots now show how busy a space is. A bigger outline indicates more bookings.
• Booking timeline bar – See exactly when spaces are available throughout the day.
• Enhanced user photos – Quickly identify favorites and colleagues with emergency roles highlighted.

Several usability enhancements have been introduced to improve the booking experience.

• Space availability indicators – Booking density is now shown through outline sizes for quick visual assessment.
• Space booking timeline bar – Displays exact availability windows for each space.
• Change booked space option – Easily switch spaces directly from your booking.
• User picture enhancements – Star ratings and emergency role indicators are now visible on user photos.

Organizations can now customize email templates with company logos and brand colors. This feature is accessible via Branding → Emails in your account settings.

Additional email customization options are planned for future releases.

The YAROOMS Visitor Management System now allows you to print visitor badges as soon as guests check in, streamlining the reception process and improving security.

Automated screening now checks pre-registered and self check-in visitors against company blacklists using email addresses and names, preventing unauthorized access to your facilities.

A dedicated landing page now consolidates all daily check-ins requiring attention. Access it via the main menu, Teams tab, or directly from email reminders.

Users can now modify booked spaces directly from the edit booking window for single-date reservations within the same space group.

A new "Registered by" column tracks registration sources — receptionists, hosts, self-registration, email, or data imports — improving transparency and accountability.

Just like in the YAROOMS mobile app, you can now see who's in the office today directly in the web app. The widget appears alongside occupancy and availability data in map and timeline views.
