Conference rooms are a prized commodity in serviced office spaces’ setups. If you usually charge by hour, you’ll want to have control over who books where and for how long. YArooms allows you to assign an Owner to each room, so you can manually approve all bookings that involve it. Moreover, each user can be granted access to specific rooms only so you can segment your customers into location or room-dependent groups.
Scalable Registration Process
Serving multiple companies, each with their own users, poses a unique challenge - creating user accounts for everyone. With YArooms, you can set up a generic registration page where your clients can sign up for Standard Permissions (which you define). You can then manage all their privileges from within your Administrator Account.

You can then export this data as a CSV file and use it to bill your clients. Please not that you can not bill your clients or send invoices through YArooms.
