By accepting the Payment Terms & Conditions, you understand and agree with the following:


1.1. The Service is billed on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly basis, depending on the selected billing plan.

1.2. Billing occurs at the start of the billing period for all plans except the “Pay As You Go” plan. Payment shall be done in advance for all plans except “Pay As You Go” plan.

1.3. “Pay As You Go” customers understand how billing works for this plan and agree that a single meeting can be billed multiple times: If the amount due is lower than the minimum amount, the minimum amount shall be charged. For PAYG customers the minimum payment amount is 5 EUR/USD.

1.4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

1.5. Pricing displayed on the presentation website or inside the organization account is exclusive of VAT. VAT may be charged where applicable:

  • individuals
  • entities that can’t prove taxable status

1.6. Renewal invoices are issued automatically unless the account owner does not explicitly terminate the service.

Payment processing

2.1. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Failing to register a valid credit card when the trial period ends will lead to the suspension of the account, followed by its termination.

2.2. YArooms captures your card details using an external payment gateway and stores a reference to your payment method for future payments.

2.3. The credit card on file is charged automatically by the billing system one day after an invoice is issued. If a payment is declined by the card issuer YArooms will attempt it every day.

2.4. Access to the YArooms account is suspended if no successful payment after:

  • “Pay As You Go” plan: 1 day
  • All other plans: 10 days


3.1. Refunds are not possible for Pay As You Go customers. For the other plans, refunds are not possible 30 days after the payment.

Renewal and cancellation

4.1. All plans renew automatically (in the same conditions) unless explicitly cancelled by an administrator.

4.2. Cancellation shall be done by emailing [email protected]

4.3. In case of renewal, invoices are issued on renewal date and are due one day later.


5.1. In case of any difference between the provisions of the Payment Terms & Conditions and other documents or information available on the website, Payment Term & Conditions shall prevail.
