How to Assign a Desk to a Specific User

Assigning desks to users on specific days of the week. Auto-booking included.

Each desk can be assigned to only one specific user, making them the owner of that space. Once you do that, no other regular users will be able to book that space. This restriction does not apply to Admins or Supervisors - they will always be able to override such rules.
