A. Let’s install the YAROOMS Meeting Room Display app to the device:

- Prepare a USB stick with the meeting room display APK file. Alternatively, you can provide users with a short URL link to download the APK directly to the tablet.
- Reboot the tablet.
- Wait for the tablet to begin playing the content (when the play/pause symbol appears).
- Press the play/pause button.
- You’ll arrive at a configuration screen.
- In the top-right of the screen you’ll find an “Advanced” button, tap it.
- In the bottom-right of the screen there will be an empty corner – tap it 3 times.
- You will arrive at the native Android home screen.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Android applications menu.
- Insert the USB stick into the tablet.
- Find the “File Manager” app and open it.
- Switch from “Internal” storage to “USB.”
- Find the APK file you added to the USB stick and click on it.
- Click on the “Install” button.
The app should now be installed.
B. Let’s set it to autostart on boot:
- Get back to the Advanced settings screen (either hit the back button a few times or follow steps 1..6 again).
- Select Content option
- Remove the URL you added there (leave the field blank).
- Fill-in the Package Name with the value: com.yaroomsmeetingroomdisplay
C. Now (on your laptop) let’s go to the YAROOMS web app and create a device:

- Visit your YAROOMS account URL
- Login
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Meeting Room Display
- Click on Add+
- Click on Show activation key
- Click on Continue
- Select the location, floor & the meeting room you want to use.
- Specify the Name or make note of it.
- Click on Save.
- You will be directed to the list of meeting room devices.
- Take note of the last column on the right, which contains the activation key
D. Let’s configure the app:

- Reboot the tablet.
- Wait for it to begin playing the content (the YAROOMS Meeting Room Display app should autostart).
- You will be presented with configuration screen.
- Fill-in the tenant URL: https://[account_domain].yarooms.com/api (use your company’s Yarooms account URL)
- Fill-in the activation key from **C.**11.
The setup should now be complete.
