- Rooms – rooms cannot be booked by two individuals for the same / an overlapping time slot.
- Resources - resources cannot be booked by two individuals for the same / an overlapping time slot.
- Attendees – people cannot attend two or more separate meetings for the same / an overlapping time slot.
