Whenever a user tries to book a room that requires approval a notification will be sent to admins / supervisors / room owners asking them to either grant or decline permission.
Please note that unless you have assigned a room owner / supervisor to be in charge of this process all the administrators will receive these notifications, as someone has to be accountable for these types of requests.
