My tablet is not connecting, or the room displays will not work, what should I do?

Having problems with your tablet?

Note: Please keep in mind that you need to be an account Administrator in order to perform the following steps.

  • If there are no updates available, please logout, delete the app, reinstall it and verify the connection status of the tablet from the Yarooms web app (Settings → Integrations → Meeting Room Display).

  • An alternative would be to set up the Tablet - Yarooms integration from scratch.
