• See all upcoming meetings at a single glance
• Find and book a suitable meeting room on the spot or for later
• Check-in to a meeting
• Approve or decline booking requests on the go

Schedule your first meeting with YAROOMS Mobile today:

• Download the application on Google Play Store or App Store
• Log in to the YAROOMS web app to pair your mobile device with your account
• Follow the path: Integrations > YAROOMS Mobile > Configure; Note: if your user has administrator rights, the path is: Manage > Integrations > YAROOMS Mobile > Configure
• Generate the QR code and scan it
